Therefore, it should be noted that your hard drive will eventually fail; whether it be today or years to come, no physical media can withstand the trails of time. Hard drives can fail in an instant with no chance of recovery. Therefore, I highly recommend that you, the buyer, backup your data! The files you receive are single copies with no duplicates. I am not responsible for data loss once the drive or drives leave my possession. By purchasing physical media from me, you have my and Etsy's guarantee the item you receive is functional and quality. It should also be noted that while manufacturer warranties and backup software are nice commodities, they are not guaranteed and not staples of my business - meaning, your hard drive may or may not have backup software nor warranty.
