All sales are final. We don’t do refunds, but we might replace the items under special conditions. All items are tested before shipment. The HD is tested thoroughly to ensure it is not corrupted, All items will be shipped on a sturdy box, so they arrive intact. That being said, if you have any issues with your purchase, let us know and we can work something out with you. Please don’t post any negative/neutral feedback before talking to us first. If you feel you have a defective item, please contact us within 24 HOURS UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE to be entitled to the replacement of your item. We will always work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and that the item runs flawlessly for you.

→ Payments and Shipping:

We don’t keep HDD in stock, so after you place your order, we will order a brand new SD Card so we can backup our own drive into it. The entire process might take from 3 to 5 days total to complete, please be advised. After the drive is fully tested, We will ship it immediately by Priority Mail with insurance and signature confirmation. We will keep you posted on the entire process and you’ll know exactly when to expect the item, also, please don’t hesitate in asking. Item will ship on a sturdy box, fully protected.
