Your PS5 must be between 4.03 and 9.60 FW.
Anything above 9.60 will NOT work.

2. Can this be used on PC / Linux?

No. There is no PS5 emulator that supports PKG installations.

3. Can I mix or swap titles?

We do not allow mix-match orders because each drive is pre-structured with limited free space.
Custom add/remove requests may be possible with additional fees.

4. How can I check if my PS5 can install Games?

We will provide a verification website after purchase.
If your console cannot run HEN, this item will not work.

5. Can I install PS4 PKGs on my PS5?

Yes — but only if your PS5 is on 4.03–4.50 FW with the correct setup.

6. Need help installing PS5 HEN?

We can assist with setup as long as your firmware is compatible.
